Luther was declared a heretic by the pope in 1521. Now the pope is planning a year-long celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. We take a look at the blessings of the Reformation, and the corruption of a church with centralized powers and control over the civil magistrates. We take a look at the blessings of the Protestant Reformation on many nations, and the need for reformation today.
