As Donald Trump takes the Republican Nomination for President, we chronicle a lot of firsts. . . the first presidential nominee who never served in government leadership in a lower office. . . the first presidential nominee with two divorces, three wives. . . In the most recent election cycle, Trump contributed some $22,500 to political candidates of his own cash, 72% of which went to Democrats. Follow the money, follow the voting record, but whatever you do. . . do not trust the rhetoric. The moral of the story - don’t be disappointed when the Republican turns out to be a Democrat, and the Democrat turns out to be a Socialist.
