Chief Justice John Roberts took the wrong position on the latest Arkansas homosexuality case, reducing the conservative minority on the Supreme Court to three. We are called to love our neighbor as ourselves. But we are also called to keep the 7th commandment relating to sexuality and the 8th commandment related to property rights. How is the government preserving property rights while enforcing accommodation laws?
