We take a look at federal outlays per capita and the graduated income tax over 45 years, and identify the worst presidents in terms of fiscal irresponsibility. Presidents Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and George W. Bush administrations were the worst. President Obama’s was the best, and President Clinton was second best. Based on the degree of graduation in the income tax (looking at the top quintile of earners), America is 70% more Marxist than she was in 1980. Marxism grows. Debt grows. Immorality grows.
