Regrets, second thoughts, and a distinct cooling effect are defining some of the Joshua Generation—the first cadre of homeschool graduates. The ra-ra, do-hard-things, take-America-back revolution seems to have fizzled out a bit for Alex Harris and World Magazine, not to mention brother Joshua Harris. This introduces an interesting discussion on puritanism and separatism, taking America back, pessimistic eschatology, salt and light, and the distinct desalination of evangelicalism today.

Homeschooled himself in the 1960's and 70's, Kevin Swanson and his wife, Brenda, are now homeschooling their five children.
