While the Baby Boomers are retired and hitting the golf course, the Gen Z generation can’t get a job, and they’re living in their parents’ basement. How is this going to work out? Boomers are ten-times richer than the Millennials, and the worker-to-retiree ratio will be one third of what it was fifty years ago, ten years from now. And, at least 54 percent of adults aged 18–25 are opting to live with their parents out of economic necessity. How is this going to work out? Here is Kevin Swanson’s advice to his children: Don’t be a millennial. Don’t be a Gen Z-er. Don’t be cool. Don’t do Facebook. Swim upstream.
