Young minds can be formed by good, solid Christian discipleship or they can be formed by hundreds of fictional novels cranked off the presses . . . books that teach kids about the glories of death and the isolation of existentialist man. The books that receive accolades and awards feature witches, vampires, serial killers, abandonment, and death. Cain has a little production company east of Eden, and now the kids have become the target market. On this edition of the program, we discuss the importance of biblical worldview instruction and discernment in the area of leisure reading for our children.
